Chapter 3: Manage User Profile

To manage (edit/add) your profile information,

  1. Click the User Profile Icon on the Home screen.

  2. Select the GEP Business Network Profile option.

  1. A popup is displayed.

  1. If you do not wish to update the Profile information, click Go To Home button to navigate to the home page OR

  2. Click Ok to edit the profile information. The following sections are displayed:

3.1 Basic Details

The Basic Details section on a supplier’s profile consists of basic information like the Supplier Legal Name, Parent Identification Type, etc.

3.2 Identification Details

The Identification Details section holds the supplier identification information such as the Identification Type and Number.

To add an Identification Type,

  1. Click the Add Identification icon and select any desired Identification Type from the drop-down list.

  2. Enter the Number.

The added Identification Type is displayed in the list.

3.3 Certificates

This section displays the associated certificates.

To add a certificate:

  1. Click the Add Certificates icon.

  1. Select/enter all the mandatory details in the provided fields and click Save.

  1. The newly added certificate details appear under the Certificates section in the form of a card. To delete a Certificate, click the icon.

3.4 Diversity

The Diversity section offers several benefits of working with diverse suppliers. This section helps you to mark suppliers for their diversity.

To assign diversity status for a supplier,

  1. On the Diversity section, click Add Diversity.

  1. Select/Enter all the mandatory details in the provided fields and click Save.

  1. The newly added Diversity details appear under the Diversity section.

3.5 Business Information

The Business Information section captures various Business and Marketing details of the supplier including Annual Revenue, Annual Profit, etc.

3.6 Contact Information

The Contact Information section holds all supplier contact details.
